Narelle has had an impressive career in HR extending close to 30 years, with the last 18 years working as an HR consultant. It’s that level of experience that makes her such an outstanding advisor and guide for our team, shareholders and managers. She really does have a deep understanding of what it takes to make a business culture second to none and we are very fortunate to have access to Narelle’s knowledge and insights.  

In her day-to-day at Aston, Narelle acts as a strategic partner across matters that include compliance, risk management, culture and operational HR. She supports our business’ drive to ensure our high performing team remain happy, engaged and live and breathe our values.

As well as being an expert problem-solver and trusted advisor, Narelle is degree qualified in Human Resources and Psychology. As a result she understands people, behaviour and organisational dynamics incredibly well. When the weekend arrives, her time is focused on family. “We’re a blended family of six, so our household is always full activity,” You’ll often find Narelle outdoors, particularly on the beach at Inverloch. She is also a passionate traveller and loves cooking dinners for family and friends.
